SAN FRANCISCO - A federal judge declared teacher-led recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance in four California school districts unconstitutional Wednesday. The case was brought by the same atheist whose previous battle against the words "under God" was rejected by the U.S. Supreme Court on procedural grounds.
Kind of reminds me of the white folk who "found" the bread and the black folk who "looted" the bread...
