Pregnant women stay the HELL out of Missouri!

What the hell is going on in St. Louis, Missouri?!?! There's now a second case in a month of a pregnant woman being killed and the fetus cut out of the womb.

And it was almost two years ago that a woman was killed and her newborn taken in another MO town.
